Partnership

How we work together

With education agents in their own markets, and with the UK institutions we represent.

For education agents

Representing us in your market

Four steps, from the first conversation to your first payment.

01

Apply to represent us

Tell us who you are, where you recruit and which courses your students ask for. Every agent is approved by our office before submitting a student.

02

Agree terms in writing

Commission rates per institution, the payment cycle and the conditions attached are set out before you start — not discussed after an enrolment.

03

Submit and follow

You are told when an application moves, so you can tell your student before they ask you.

04

Get paid on schedule

Commission is earned on enrolment and paid on the agreed cycle, recorded against the student it came from.

For institutions

Recruitment you can check up on

What a university or college gets when they work with us.

Files that stand up

Applications arrive with the documents your admissions team expects, checked in our office first.

Deadlines respected

Our agents work to your published intake deadlines and document checklists, kept current by the office.

A record of everything

Every status change and payment is logged, so a question about a student can be answered from a record.

What agents tell us matters

The parts that usually go wrong

  • Not knowing whether commission will actually arrive, or when
  • Advising a student from an out-of-date requirement sheet
  • Sending a file and hearing nothing for three weeks
  • An intake missed because a document was requested too late

Every one of those is a choice about how an agency is run, not an accident. We have built ours the other way.
